Can't click on AVG icon

Hello Marianne,

In light of the current circumstances concerning COVID-19 outbreak, there was a delay. We are operational now.
We believe that AVG program isn't responding though you click on its shortcut icon.
If that is the case, we request you to perform repair of AVG Internet Security as mentioned in this article and check the status.

I can't click on AVG Icon. I have restarted many times but it doesn't work.
