Have you used AVG Clear tool to uninstall AVG?

I'm on windows 10 and I'm trying to uninstall AVG Free, when I attempt to, or when I attempt to change any of the setting, I am prompted with a yes/no dialog option and a timeout of 60 seconds. I can click on NOTHING while this is on the screen. I can't access task manager, I can't click the X, I can't click yes or no. All I can do is wait 60 seconds for it to timeout and assume I want it forever as it's running.

Hello Luxury the AVG clear tool will probably not complete cleanup your AVGproduct from your computer.
I informed microsoftanwers with a similar problem and they send me a Microsoft tool to clean the registry and all stuff of the software you want to uninstall

Yes, I have tried used the clear tool, it gives me the same yes or no dialog box that won't let me click on the buttons.
