Can't completely remove AVG even with the removal tool

Did you use this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download our remover tool?
What is the name of the AVG file that hasn't got removed?
Have you tried removing it manually?
Did you try reinstalling the AVG program again?

I'm using 64 bit windows 7.  My license has become corupted three times in the last 2 months.  I'm trying to remove the program in its intirety by using the Avg removal tool I ran from AVG.  It deletes it from starting up and eliminates the function of having the program however the AVG shortcut is still on my home screen and is active. AVG does not show up in the programs menue under the start button.  I found it is NOT removed from C:\programs (x86).  AVG is still completly installed and is still apart of my registry but is not running.  I have ran the removal tool program multiple times with it turning the computer off then on and completeing the removal process.  Please help me remove this completely so I can reinstall and get back to work.  Thank You!

    - Program Files (x86)/AVG/AV
       Program Files (x86)/AVG/Framework
       Program Files (x86)/AVG/Setup
       Program Files (x86)/AVG/UiDll
       (and all of the files and subfolders)
    - I did try to remove the whole AVG file.  It says its open in another program and would not let me.  
      This was emediately after running the removal program. 
    -  I reinstalled the program last time when this hapened after running the removal program. I had the same problem then with the program not being completely removed.  Since I had to reapply the license two times since, I am going further to remove the whole thing this time.  The license would not work when i tried to apply it this time.
