Can't connect all of a sudden on my MacBook

I am still on on the free trial period.  I started the service last week. There were no problems with the sign on.  I have multiple devices.  I NEED Protection.  I have read others even paid for a years service and they can't connect. I need help to figure out what the problem is.  I need this problem solved quickly or I will find someone else.  Please help me… I WAS loving the service
