Please clarify since when you're experiencing this issue & do you suspect that AVG is causing the issue. If so, you can temporarily disable AVG protection & check.
However, upon researching, we see that the possibilities could be :
- The antennas of the WiFi IP camera are not fixed well
- The SSID is not the same as the one of your router.
- The WiFi reach is too bad – the IP camera is too far from the router or there are too many walls in between.
- The wireless IP camera gets a wrong IP address.
- The firmware or the software is out-of-date, etc.
