Can't connect to my VPN

Also, you can try connecting your device to an alternate network (Such as Mobile Hotspot) & check if the issue persists.

I have been trying to connect to my VPN for so many times but it is always giving me the same result "You are OFFLINE", which is not correct. I have tried uninstalling and installing VPN with the same result. I really need your guidance.

I also can't insert my screennnshots to my answer!!!
I get the insert image screen but fully dimmed so i cant insert anything!!!
I really don't understand what's going on with VPN and if you cant help me then I will have to unsubscribe
