Can't connect to ( my website) on port 21

All websites …only with Expression Web. Filezilla works fine on port 21. But i need to use expression web.

Paid
AVG Internet Security
I also have AVG AntiTrack. I turned that off and still can't connect.
I also have AVG Security VPN ( don't use this as it interfers too much)
I don't know how long the issue has been going on because i have not published in a few weeks but sometime during this period.
its all the webs I own any web i try to connect to via ew …that includes other people's websites that I am working on…to their hosts. …my host knows squat.

Can't connect to ( my website) on port 21. Is the error message I get when using Expression Web to publish to the server. I can use filezilla, it opens the site on the server. (must be using a different port). I cannot figure out how to tell avg to stop blocking (all of a sudden) port 21.

How do I do this?

Are you facing this issue only for a particular website or for all websites?
May I know since when you are facing this issue?
Are you using a free version of AVG or paid version?
If possible, please share us the screenshot of that website is being blocked by AVG in order to understand better and resolve it.

Thank you for your efforts.
Please try to uninstall all the AVG programs and check.
If the issue still persist, then the problem is not associated with AVG and you need to check with Microsoft.
