Can't connect to server in app on Kindle?

We're glad to look into this & help you.
Initially, we'd like to clarify that AVG cannot be used on Kindle, as the OS installed in it will not allow us installing AVG on a kindle.
Please clarify the exact AVG program through which you're attempting to connect to servers & operating system of the device in whcih you're experiencing the issue.

On my kindle fire, I am no longer able to connect to your servers.Can't log back in after reinstalling the AVG Antivirus,  huge favorite of mine, and can't update the virus definition nor log into my account on the app. Any ideas on what could be the issue?
