I had a same issue that i was not able to connect to website like this one: https://keziapickuplines.com/queen-pick-up-lines-for-princess/ but after read the community's comments i got the solution thanks for posting according ot my mind.

Now please try to change AVG Secure VPN server location to Gotham City or Wonderland and then check if it helps.
Also please mention the version of AVG Internet Security program being installed on your computer.
(Open AVG Internet Security – Menu – About).
