We are sorry to know that. As the issue persists after disabling AVG. This issue can happen due to different reason. We suggest you to completely remove and reinstall the remote desktop program and see if that fix the issue.

When I try to connect to a remote desktop I keep getting the error message:
c:\windows\system32<LANG_NAME>\mstsc.exe.MUI
It seems it occured after installing my new AVG. I switched AVG temporarily off, but it doesn't help.
Anyone an idea if I'm looking in the right direction?
