I have tried on chat and the person didn't know what they were doing and didn't answer the questions I was asking so I phoned your number above and he just kept saying that he had to generate a subscription, but I don't want a new subscription as I have only just paid the renewal; He said he couldn't replace my email address with my new email but he could only generate a subscription. Then he kept sighing and now has hung up. Please can you explain to me what I need to do to stop you using an old credit card and an old email address? Can anybody help me?!

I need to change my credit card on my automatic renewal but I can't because I can't contact AVG. The email I used in order to start my subscription is now obsolete as the company has gone out of business. I have no access to that email account anymore so I can't update AVG but they keep charging my account without any notification on a credit card I don't use anymore. Anyone know how I can contact them please?
