Hi Mel,
Our expertise are limited to AVG. You can try removing the files from registry.
If issue persists, we suggest you to check this with the Adobe support to get it sorted in a timely manner.
Thank you for your understanding in advance!
I started having trouble with my Adobe Reader where t was unable to find file ( I can't remember the name) so I decided to uninstall the application and then reinstall it. Now every time I try to download it I'm getting a notification that it can't install because I still have a earlier version. When I go to the directory of the version it is empty but I can't access it to delete it. It says I have to be an administrator which I am. I go into the security section of the folder and set the privileges of the administrator to full control of the folder yet it still wont let me delete it. My next bet is to search the registry and see if I can delete all entries associated with Adobe Reader.
If you know of a different way please let me know.
Thanks.
Mel
