I understand how something like this can really try your patience. I request you to update your AVG on regular basis and then run whole system scan in your pc and check for virus. For about the last week or so, when I start my pc, AVG informs me that I am infected with the downloader virus, I then select the option to delete all, but each time I restart my computer it's back. How can I delete it permanently?
I am now virus free, after ndeleting varios files to no avail your technician used a utility called ADW cleaner.
