Can't delete file because it's open in AVG

May I know your device OS name and version?
Did you try after disabling Shields from AVG Internet Security application?

I'm trying to delete a Word file but am getting a message saying' 'The action can't be completed because the file is open in AVG Antivirus'. I can't open it move it either.
