Can't delete files in quarantine

Thank you for the screenshot and information you provided, Mellisa.

Try to delete the list by checking (Enable/ tick) on the item and then choose "Delete" button.  Provide us the screenshot of the error you received while trying to delete the list from Quarantine.

Hi,
i have files in quarantine that can't be deleted?  I have a screen shot but have no idea how to post it here.  Be warned  - I am analog in a digital world - so i apologise in advance :wink:  Any help would be appreciated

Mellisa, we have received the screenshots, thank you.
Do you receive any error message when you try to delete? If yes, please provide a screenshot of that message. Please also let us know which version of AVG and Mac OS are you using.
