The email said it attached a tool, but I see no attachment or link and I got no response after I replied that email.
How to obtain that tool?

Hi,

I've already uninstalled avg on my mac, but I can't seem to delete the folders AVGAntivirus and AVGHUB in /Library/Application Support. When I dragged them in trash and clicked "Delete Immediately…" I got error code -8072. I don't want to empty my trash. Is there any way to delete these folders? I'm using Sierra 10.12.6.

Did you receive both the emails on 15th December from AVG?
The zip file was attached in the second email.
