Can't delete quarantined file

Hi AVG Support

Somehow I can't delete a quarantined file, a MacOS: Adload-S (Trj). What should I do?

I use a MacBook Pro, latest update is macOS High Sierra version 10.13.3.
I use AVG AntiVirus version 18.2 (99c8aa549be2).
