I recently updated my software version to 2016 and it came with the Zen software which I am very interested in using. The main issue is that updating seems to have forced my AVG Protection into Pro status. I have always chosen the basic version when reinstalling. I have tried going to uninstall and use the downgrade to free method. I have tried completely uninstalling using the AVG removal tool, and when I reinstall AVG shows up as Pro again.
