Can't download AVG Tune Up ("malicious download"

May I know whether you are using AVG Antivirus free and Norton paid version?
If yes, then you might need to ask Norton to whitelist AVG since it's detecting AVG TuneUp as a malicious download.

My Norton blocks the attempted download with the message "malicioud download - download cancelled".  Do I need to turn off Norton to download?  Has anyone seen this before?  Thanks.
