Can't Download AVG

From your account, I see that you have purchased AVG TuneUp - Unlimited. Please go to control panel> program and features and check if you have already installed an AVG PC TuneUp on your computer. If yes, then please uninstall the existing AVG PC TuneUp and follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG TuneUp - Unlimited. If the issues still persists, then please share a screenshot of the error message to assist you further. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Just purchased AVG. Went to download and it gave me an error.
