Hello Bill.
We're here to help. Could you let us know the web link from which you downloaded the installation file for AVG AntiVirus free?

i tried today 8 times to download AVG free  version on my windows XP sp3 32 bit machine. everytime the same answere this is not a 32 bit application , and it cancels it out .
