Can't download credit card statements

My apologies but I can't figure out how to disable each component.  Here is a screenshot of my interface.  There is no option to disable.

Hi Marshall,

We're sorry to hear this.
We suggest you temporarily disable (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlname=Disable-AVG-Antivirus)  AVG and check for the issue status.
Also, try to use the Capital One website in different browsers and check

Thanks for your response.  I'm sorry, but I should have clarified that I have a Mac.  The disabling instructions are for a Windows set up and I can't figure it out on my Macbook.  Also, I did try using Safari instead of Chrome and got the same problem.

Ever since I signed up for AVG Premium, I can't see my credit card statements on Capital One.  Even when I shut the VPN off, it's still a problem.

Let us attempt to clarify this for you, Marshall.
Our colleague has meant to disable AVG protection temporarily on your MAC by disabling each shields in AVG Internet Security.
To do so, you need to open AVG Internet Security & then click on each tile such as Computer, Web & email, etc to click on the toggle bar beside each shield.
Additionally, you can add the website to allowed list in AVG AntiTrack (Open AVG AntiTrack - My tracks in left pane - Open allowed list in right pane - enter the url & add.
Please try the above steps & let us know if it helps.

Thank you for the details, Marshall.
Unfortunately,  we cannot disable the AVG Internet security in Mac. However, you can disable each component in the program.
Open the program -> click on the component -> Disable the component (turn off).
Keep us posted.
