Can't download games!

Hello Bianca,

I understand the experience you are facing with downloading games. Have you received any error message from AVG when trying to download the games? Please disable  AVG (Open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > Troubleshooting > Passive Mode > Turn off the AVG Passive mode) and check if you are able to download it.
If you received any error message, please provide the screenshot http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot of the error message to check and assist further. 

Also, please open the control panel-program list and check if you have two AVG Protection/ Internet Security entries.

Hello! I am using AVG for free, and have some trouble downloading games. I go on gamejolt.com, and I can download a game, but AVG immediately blocks it. I have come to this website before, and had not encountered this problem until AVG updated. How do I change this so AVG does not block downloaded games?

Bianca, If applicable… For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
