Can't Establish Connection

I have done this and it still isn't working. some times it shows turning on your vpn and then goes to the can't establish page. Or it shows installing your drivers ut still goes back to the can't establish connection page

Could you share a screenshot of your AVG Secure VPN user interface and we will do our best to assist you.
You can post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Thank you for providing the screenshots Feranmi,
Please press Windows Logo+R: Run dialog box, type service.msc, look for AVG Secure VPN, and restart/start it's services.
After that, you can check the status of  AVG Secure VPN.

I have done this and it is still giving the same prolem.

If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

Okay, Feranmi. 

Let's uninstall and reinstall AVG Secure VPN to check its status. Go to Control Panel -> Programs and features -> Uninstall -> uninstall AVG Secure VPN.
