"Can't Find Icarus File" preventing AVG Driver Updater Installation

Purchased AVG Driver Updater and haven't been able to install it.  "Can't Find Icarus File" is the reason provided in the FAILED window.....

I do have AVG Internet Security, AVG Tuneup, AVG Secure VPN, and AVG Antitrack already installed.
