Hi, recently I've received a notice about an auto renewal of my Internet Security subscription which I've had via 2 month free trial although prior I was certain that I'd disable auto renewal on my subscription. I'd also tried to cancel payment of the auto renewal on PayPal but the transaction still went through. I'm now trying to complete a refund request but unfortunately I cannot find neither my order number nor my product key. I can only find my activation code on my profile but that's it. Any way I can locate these to fore fill my request?
