Can't get AVG Web tune up off my computer

Kindly download your AVG remover and run it, then go to C: -> AVG Remover -> Bin -> right click on pctremover.exe and choose run as administrator, reboot your device and check for the issue. I have tried to use the AVG removal tool to get rid of AVG Web-Tuneup and it will not remove it. It is causing lots of problems to my computer. Is there anyway to finally remove it. I have tried all the steps that are out there that I can find.
