Can't get internet out of safe mode

We’re happy to help you sort this out. Please press Windows Logo+R: Run dialog box, type msconfig and press Enter. This will open System Configuration, select Boot tab. I had AVG remotely install my AVG Internet and PC Tune-Up because it wouldn't load after upgrading to Windows 10. When they did that, they put my internet in safe mode with a black background where the toolbar and top information is. It is still black, and I don't like it. How do I get it out of safe mode?
