Why is it that at least 2 others that posted the same problem, on the same day, got replys (after they provided a screenshot) that they were sent fixes to their emails, yet I have provided a screenshot, and now you want me to go thru this diagnostic crap? Just send me the fix already. I've spent enough time on this inconvenience.
So, It's been several days now, and I still don't have a fix on getting the AVG pop up folder to quit appearing on my desktop after boot-up. Is there any resolution to this issue yet?

I'm having the same pop-up screen on boot up like MANY other posters, after the update last weekend. I see by your response to some posters that you send them an email how to fix it. Why not just post the instructions in your reply to them so everyone knows how to fix it. It looks like a VERY common problem after the update.
Oh well, I guess I'll do baby steps for now on just getting the screenshot posted.
Thanks.
