Can't get my AVG Tune up to operate

Back on 26 Feb 2015, I purchased AVG Tune Up Invoice Number 2802027697 but up till now I can't get it operating on my recently purchased but now rapidly slowing computer and at 86 years of age I need some simple instructions, or if necessary get someone to remotely install it for me. Please help.
