Cant get on websites after install of AVG and uninstalling it completely

Initially, could you let us know if you had uninstalled your AVG Antivirus Free from the control panel or did you use our 'Clear' tool to uninstall it?
In the past, did you have any older versions of AVG installed on your computer?
Are you unable to access certain websites or you're unable to access any of them?
You can try running our Clear (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-software-Clear-Remover) tool to make sure that all traces of AVG has been removed from your computer, restart it once & check if the issue persists.

I seen tons of others with this very same thing and there was no answer where I saw.  Since I installed AVG free and uninstalling it, I can not longer go to websites that I visit all day EVERY DAY.  HELP ME FIX THIS. I use Windows 10
