Have you reinstalled AVG and the issue persists?

I have a weird issue where AVG is currently stuck in Passive mode.
The reason is it is somehow detecting a previous Install of AVG 2015.
I have done the following:
- Uninstalled current AVG and removed AVG folders from Program Files, Program Files (x86), ProgramData & TEMP
- Run AVG_Clear.exe
- Run AVG_Remover.exe
- Deleted AVG registry entries from HKLM\Sofware & HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node
