Can't get paid AVG on to new computer

I have paid AVG until October 1, 2015.  My computer crashed and I lost AVG program and had no way to find it at the time.  When I got a new computer I subscribed to trial period.  Today I get email telling me how to install my program that I lost but it keeps telling me that my trial period is expiring and will not let me use the program I already paid for.
