Can't get past the "Human Verification" part to submit

I'm using Firefox 40.0.3 on an XP machine. I can get to False Positive File Form and fill in the required information. When I then click on the Submit button, I get the Human Verification "game" which I duly complete, but then can't seem to get beyond that to actually submit the file and problem for AVG to investigate.
I've also tried it using IE8 - same sort of problem except the the "game" popup doesn't actually appear.
I've checked https://areyouahuman.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201095995-What-technologies-does-PlayThru-use- and it states quite clearly "PlayThru uses HTML5 and JavaScript, with Adobe Flash as a fallback. It automatically checks a user’s browser specs and serves the appropriate version, whether mobile, desktop, modern or ancient browser."
So I'm failing to understand where teh problem lies - anyone got any ideas?
