Cant get rid of AVG remnants

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please boot your PC to safe mode ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-reboot-your-computer-into-Safe-Mode ) and then run AVG Clear tool as mentioned in this article: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to remove AVG 2017 version traces.

Anyone know how to get this rotten program off your computer? I tried the windows program, tried AVG's uninstall program and tried avg's remnant removal and its still trying to load and brings up error messages
