Can't get rid of popups, malware & adware

I'm not sure if it's malware or adware but I can't get rid of it. I have re-installed AVG (paid version) and done a full computer scan. Has not helped. I am using Win 7 with Chrome and think it's a Chrome problem. Haven't done extensive research on IE but didn't seem to have the same problems there. Tried to uninstall Chrome to re-install and I'm told to close all windows first but none are open.

So how do I do that?  It looks like I have to spend $79.95 to get the GMERS report???  I am suppose to have support with the plan I purchased.  In fact it's suppose to run for another year but I kept getting message that it was going to expire which it did.  I purchased another 2 years this morning but got screwed out of a year.

Frank, Both scans are actually totally free & you upload the results to the AVG FTP server.
