I am sorry to hear this. Please try to reboot your safe mode by following this article ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-reboot-your-computer-into-Safe-Mode ) and uninstall AVG Secure VPN via control panel.
Note: If you are using Windows 10, please connect to wired network before rebooting in safe mode. If you are using wireless network, please turn off the Wi-fi and reboot the PC in safe mode, then connect to Wi-fi manually.

help I went for the free trial of vpn and it is only be 3 day and my computer is too slow I want to delete it but I get a error mssg vpn unins000.msg is missing please correct the problem
