Can't get to my dashboard message says Avg expired

Please follow the steps provided in this article to remove the expired version from your computer: How to troubleshoot issues after upgrade to the latest AVG antivirus product

Note: Please run the AVG Clear first and then the AVG Remover

Once uninstalled, please reinstall the AVG Internet Security: How to download, install, and activate AVG AntiVirus or Internet Security

Since AVG Internet Security requires a License Number for activation, you cannot activate it by Logging in with your AVG MyAccount Credentials. I've sent you a separate email with the License Details. Please check your Inbox.

i renewed my avg but when tried to connect to my dashboard it said avg expired and i can't find if i am covered or not. my order history shows that i have renewed but cant get to my dashboard after logging into account.  my  desktop shortcut just says expired.
