Can't get to the right place to give feed back or ask questions

Every time that I try to give feedback for a survey or ask a question like how to cancel my subscription (a second overlapping automatic antiviral subscripiton), I got directed to the add for Antivirus 2015 programs. I have nothing in my account but I purchased about 4 overlapping antivirus programs and couldn't get to information to purchase the tune up program.  Very frustrated.  Talked with support 3 different times to get a refund and twice to get the infromation to actually download the tune up program and install it.  I would not choose AVG the next time.
