Can't get to Zen

Do you mean that you have changed the email address for the AVG Zen subscription that you have registered?
If you are the administrator and if you know the password for the AVG my account then we request you to log into Zen by using the AVG my account credentials.
On the AVG Zen interface, please check whether you have the email address displayed or displayed as "CONNECT"
If it is displayed as "CONNECT" please click on it and select log in as Admin and enter the AVG my account credentials and click on connect.
Please let us know the status of this.

I've

  • logged in,
  • changed my email address,
  • restarted the PC (overnight), got someone else to send me an invitation code while I was logged out (which I didn't get - but haven't double-checked that it was done properly).
  • Also probably cleared my cache but at this stage can't remember everything else I did.
Any ideas? I was the administrator but others (within network) have been logging in with my profile. Could that be the problem?
