I'm having the same issue with the paid version of AVG Internet Security System.
XP SP3 Home Edition, clean machine, no other antivirus programs at all.
Is there ANY fix?
I have called tech support
I cannot get connected to the remote service
Your chat session never loads
The AVG suggestions seem to be the same thing over and over, but there has not been any actual fixes.
I have uninstalled the previous version so I have no protection.
I have booted and rebooted and also booted into safe mode.
I'm out of ideas…you're the experts…what do I do?
Thanks
every time i try to install avg free, i get an error code Oxc007001d
