Can't install AVG Internet Security on 2nd computer

I have had AVG Internet Security installed on 2 PCs for a few years. This year I can't install/upgrade the 2nd computer because the AVG screen won't connect to the internet. I have a few browsers on this PC and both connect just fine so I know I have internet access. Worthless if it won't update. This is an older PC running XP but as I mentioned, I connect to the web regularly on it.
