Can't install AVG Protection

After restart, run AVG Remover and remove all other supported products and remnants of AVG (ZEN, Framework,…).
Open AVG_Remover.exe (http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe)
User Account control - click "Yes"
Click "CONTINUE"
Select all products, and click "Remove"
Click "Restart" and restart PC
If is displayed dialog window (Open file – Security Warning) after restart, click "Run" and let AVG Remover remove traces
If is AVG Remover asking for restart PC, restart PC again
After that please try to download a new installation file and try

I am also having the same trying to install AVG Interent 2017 (Error Code 0xE001003D)  I have tried using te latest AVG remover and it just runs and runs.

hello AVG Support, please help me.
I got the same issue here Everytime I try to install it says: 0xE001003D
I've never install AVG in this PC Except Sality Remover and when I run the program it says "no threats"
please help me.

Then i try to install AVG it says, Failcode 0xE001003D What to do? I have tried to restart my computer and download the installer a couple times

Hello Bradley,
We are sorry to hear that. We suggest you try this steps and see if that fix this installation issue.
Download and run AVG Clear tool: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe. This tool will help with removing antivirus component of AVG 2017 and its traces.

Open tool
User Account control - click "Yes"
Windows safe mode - click "No" (we cannot recommend use the tool in safe mode, because there is a problem with compability)
Choose installed version (AVG Free, AVG Internet Security)
Click "Uninstall"
Click "Restart computer"
