Cant install AVG since upgrading to Window 10

We understand how something like this can really try your patience.
Please be informed that since you have upgraded your operating system there will be some traces of AVG left over in it. We request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove all the traces of AVG and then install it back in your pc to get your issue fixed. To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :

http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Product and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

Hi
I have recently upgraded to windows 10, but I now cannot install AVG. It will go through the complete install process and then I get a message saying Error 0xE001003D EventExec_finished.

Can you advise gow I install avg to my pc

To install AVG Antivirus Free 2016 we request you to use the offline installation. To determine whether your OS is a 32-bit or 64-bit, please click on this link. http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/827218
