From your message, it seems that AVG Antivirus is notifying about the IP address, as the Secure VPN program awaits activation. 
Would you be so kind to let us know if you've activated the program using the activation code?
If not, please follow the steps that has been sent to you via email. Reason being, privacy concerns.
