Can't install AVG

Step 5: Please try to use the this port number to configure your DNS.

HELLO,
I try to install AVG Internet Security Unlimited with the legitimate key but during AVG installation for one of my computer running Windows 8.1. the error code is 0xE00600006 keep popup to prevent my installation. I do need help from AVG technical support.
