Can't install Free AntiVirus

Thanks for responding so quickly but the article you sent me told to do the samd things that I already did when experincing a Code Error (0xC007001C). I already did all the things your link suggested, it suggested downloading the special tool to remove the error. Then it suggested to see if there were any conflicting anti-viruses products. Etc, Etc.

I can't install the AntiVirus FREE 2015. I've tried installing it many times using different suggestions and I would keep getting an the Setup error sign. This is what it says:
Driver installation failed
Severity: Error 
Error code: 0xC0070643
Error message: General internal error. 
Additional message: MSI Engine: Failed to install the product. 
@AVGMSI_Error27046
Driver installation failed (0xC007001C) 
Context: AVG product installation, MSI action failed 

So I've found the site where it says what to do when you have specific installation issues. And then when you continue reading I realized that I had the "Code Error: (0xC007001C)" and I did all the suggestions that it said in there. I downloaded the special tool. Made sure that there were no conflicting anti-virus products. I also did an Microsoft Update. Then finally I tried to download it in the Safe Mode. 

I could be doing something wrong. I would love some suggestions. I would love some step by step instructions. If you could suggest anything new that I could try I would love to try it. I've used AVG AntiVirus Free for many years and I'm not sure why I'm having such problems installing 2015 on this computer. Please ask me any questions if you have any.
