Can't install Internet Security on mobile Devices

Hello Wendy,

I understand the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that AVG Zen has been removed and you cannot add or manage other devices from a single Windows computer. However, I see that you have an active subscription to AVG Internet Security license for only one Windows PC. You cannot install the program on your mobile device. If you wish to install it on both Windows and Android devices, you have to upgrade the license to AVG Internet Security Unlimited for multidevice. Please let me know if you wish to upgrade your AVG license to assist further.

Can you tell me if this is a free upgrade or at a cost.  If a cost can you tell me how much please.
I believe my current sub is due for renewal soon anyway.

Hi,
I don't seem to be able to get any help from the AVG support chat.  The web says that AVG now includes protection for all devices, yet when I try and install it on my Android it only installs a trial version and won't link to my (paid) AVG account.  Looking through the FAQs shows screen shots different to mine however I'm not sure if this is as easy as uninstalling mine and reinstalling the other.  When I look at my account on my pc I can't see any buttons to add other devices nor see what devices I have.  Has anyone else experienced this?  I've spent a couple of days on and off trying to solve this by searching endless strings with no luck to resorting to just asking.

You can upgrade and renew your AVG Internet Security into AVG Internet Security Unlimited. I request you to contact our Support team https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form?l=en via online chat to perform this upgrade and renew from their end.

Yes, your current subscription is valid till May 2018. Not to worry, they will check with the price and assist you further.
