In May 2016, we purchased AVG protection for two years. The license number is 38-4194369. Unfortunately one of our computers got a virus and crashed. I decided just to replace the computer for now but I'd like to download the license to my new computer. Unfortunately, I can't do that since one of the two computers it is registered under I cant open. So, though I'm cautious as I got a virus that crashed my computer and think I should be asking for my money back, Id like to be able to at least download the product.
