avg well not install on to my pc keep getting errors can you hellp
I have an AVG Performance Subscription that is active for another month. I upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10 about a week ago. My AVG Zen quit working. I can not uninstall it, I can't reinstall it. Everytime I try to install I get a 0xE001F90 error. It won't let me save a log file either. I have tried removing with AVG Remover and TuneUpRemover and have also tried the AVG BFEfix with NO success. I am beyond frustrated.
I can install AVG PC Tuneup 2015 just fine, but Apparently because I don't have paid licence for it I can't only use the trial for 14 days. Eventhough I looked up and I have a licence for it that is valid until 2021, it won't accept the license key.
Since AVG bought TU it has become a complex mess to sort out how licenses work.
Can anyone help me?
